【简介】

主要从预先进电子封装工艺与装备、半导体湿法刻蚀加工技巧与器件、激光加工技巧与装备等标的策划。主执国度当然科学基金优秀后生科学基金花式、国度重心研发决策花式、国度当然科学基金面上花式、GF紧要工程花式、中央军委装备预研鸿沟基金、广东省重心研发决策花式等科研花式近20项。在科学出书社出书专著1部,发表SCI论文70多篇,其中第一作家或通信作家在Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Small、Nano Letters等海外专科期刊上发表40篇;获发明专利授权130多件,其中第一发明东谈主获好意思国发明专利授权11件、中国发明专利授权74件。担任SCI 1区期刊International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing后生编委、广东省半导体装备及零部件学会副理事长等。获国度科技逾越二等奖(2023,排行第三)、广东省技巧发明一等奖(2023,排行第二)、中国机械工业科学技巧一等奖(2022,排行第二)、广东专利金奖(2022,排行第二)、湖南省优秀博士论文(2017)、高级学校科学策划优秀效果奖(科学技巧)一等奖(2015,排行第五)、广东省科技逾越一等奖(2018,排行第六)、机械工业纠合会科技逾越二等奖(2018,排行第九)、香江学者年会最好海报奖(2019)等。入选国度优青(2024)、广东省科技改变后生拔尖东谈主才决策(2022)、香江学者决策(2017)。
